不知道湯友們有沒有看過Netflix上的熱門話題日劇《First Love 初戀》呢?里面有一款貫穿整劇、劇中的關鍵食物的拿坡里義大利麵,濃郁蕃茄的酸甜滋味令人想起初戀的點點滴滴。今天小編準備了一份食譜,教你如何輕鬆GET超夯純愛日劇《First Love 初戀》裡的拿坡里義大利麵!

Have you watched the popular Japanese drama "First Love" on Netflix? There is a key food that runs throughout the entire show called Pasta Alla Napoli. The rich tomato flavor with its sweet and sour taste reminds people of their first love. Today, I have prepared a recipe for you to easily make the Napoli spaghetti from the hit love drama "First Love."

Pasta alla Napoli

食材 Ingredients

  • 義大利麵2人份(約320g)(可用Bucatini 吸管麵 或 2mm粗義大利麵)
  • 奶油 2大匙
  • 洋蔥 1/2顆
  • 青椒 1/2顆
  • 香菇 適量
  • 蒜 4-6瓣
  • 好下飯肉燥 包
  • 德國香腸 2條
    • 2 serving of spaghetti (about 320g) (can use Bucatini or 2mm thick spaghetti)
    • 2 tablespoon of butter
    • 1/2 onion
    • 1/2 green pepper
    • Appropriate amount of mushrooms
    • 4 to 6 cloves of garlic
    • 1 pack of BROTH Braised Minced Pork
    • 2 German sausage

       

      自製拿玻里義大利醬 Homemade Napoli Italian Sauce

      • 番茄醬 6-8湯匙
      • 豬排醬 6-8湯匙
      • 白酒4-6湯匙
        • 6-8 tbsp tomato paste
        • Pork Chop Sauce 6-8 tbsp
        • white wine 4-6 tbsp

           

          步驟 Cooking Steps

          1. 在鍋中加入2公升水及2湯匙的鹽後開火煮開,然後加入義大利麵,轉至中大火繼續烹煮,定時攪拌以避免黏鍋。(烹煮義大利麵的時候可以參考包裝說明,如果麵條還是較硬的話就再煮久一點。)
          2. 把德國香腸斜切、洋蔥和青椒切絲、蒜切碎。
          3. 在平底鍋中加入切碎的蒜,用中小火翻炒至淺棕色後加入好下飯肉燥、青椒、香腸、洋蔥。繼續翻炒至洋蔥軟化,然後加入自製拿玻里義大利醬。
          4. 接著把煮好的義大利麵撈出,用冷水沖洗然後瀝乾,再投入至拿玻里義大利醬的鍋中,加入黑胡椒拌炒調味。如果味道還不夠,可再使用鹽巴調味,準備上菜。
          5. 盛盤後,使用起司刨刀將起司刨絲灑在義大利麵上,美味的日式拿坡里義大利麵就完成啦!
            1. Add 2 liters of water and 2 tablespoons of salt to a pot, bring to a boil, then add pasta, turn to medium-high heat and cook, stirring regularly to avoid sticking. (Refer to package directions when cooking pasta, and cook longer if pasta is still firm.)
            2. Slice the German sausage diagonally, shred the onion and green pepper, and mince the garlic.
            3. Add chopped garlic to the pan, stir-fry over medium-low heat until light brown, then add the minced meat, green pepper, sausage, and onion. Continue to sauté until the onions soften, then add homemade Napoli sauce.
            4. Then take out the cooked pasta, rinse with cold water and drain, then put it into the pot of Napoli Italian sauce, add black pepper and stir-fry to taste. If the flavor isn't enough, season with additional salt and it's ready to serve.
            5. After serving, use a cheese grater to sprinkle the cheese grater on the pasta, and the delicious Japanese-style Napoli pasta is complete!
