Refund policy
While we do not accept returns for our food products, but we will issue credit for products that are damaged en route to their destination. To seek credit, please email or call us with the following information:
- Order number
- Damaged product item description and pictures
- Condition of damaged product upon arrival
- Date and time package was received
We reserve the right to determine whether a refund is approved or not. Upon approval for a refund, we also reserve the right to decide whether a full or partial refund should be issued. Any refund issued will be done so either by crediting back the credit card used to purchase, or by gift card. We do not offer refunds on shipping.
