Braised Pork Belly
Braised Pork Belly|Warning: Serious Rice Addiction Ahead
If you never get tired of braised pork, this one’s dangerously good. Say hello to Braised Pork Belly – the kind of dish that makes you think, “I’ll just have one bite,” and suddenly your bowl of rice has vanished.
We start with pork belly with just the right balance of fat and lean, then slowly braise it in a rich pork bone broth with a blend of herbs, spices, and soy sauce. Every piece is cooked low and slow until it’s tender, saucy, and deeply flavorful – salty-sweet, savory, with a little lingering umami that makes you want “just one more spoonful.”
Open the pack and you’ll get that irresistible braised aroma right away. The pork is soft enough to break apart with chopsticks, but still has a satisfying bite, and the sauce is pure white-rice-destroyer energy. It’s the kind of comfort food that turns a simple bowl of rice or noodles into a very serious meal.
How to Enjoy
- 🍚 Over rice: Spoon the pork and sauce over hot steamed rice and boom — instant “braised pork rice” shop at home.
- 🍜 With noodles: Toss with dry noodles, add scallions, minced garlic, or chili for a bowl that smells so good your neighbors will be curious.
- 🥚 Upgrade your bowl: Add a soft-boiled egg, soy egg, blanched greens, or tofu to turn it into a full one-bowl meal.
- 🥬 Busy-day lifesaver: Heat, pour over rice or noodles, add whatever veggies you have — dinner in about 5 minutes.
Braised until it’s melty-tender, deeply aromatic, and almost doesn’t need chewing. If your inner braised-pork lover is already awake… just go for it. One bite in, and there’s no going back. 😋
Cooking Instructions (click to expand)
This is a fully cooked braised pork belly pack. Just heat and serve with rice, noodles, or your favorite sides.
1️⃣ Hot water bath (recommended for best texture)
- Do not open the pouch. Place the sealed pack into a pot of boiling water.
- Make sure the water covers the entire pouch and keep it at a gentle boil for about 8–10 minutes.
- Carefully remove the pouch, cut it open, and pour the pork and sauce over rice, noodles, or vegetables.
2️⃣ Stovetop reheating
- Let the pouch thaw slightly if completely frozen.
- Cut open the pouch and pour the pork and sauce into a small pot.
- Heat over low to medium heat until bubbling and hot throughout, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
- If you like more sauce, you can add a splash of water and bring it back to a gentle simmer.
※ Photos may show serving suggestions such as vegetables or eggs; actual contents are braised pork belly with sauce only.
※ For best flavor, heat until the sauce is gently bubbling and the pork is piping hot before serving.
Tips & Notes (click to expand)
- Please store according to the instructions on the package (typically kept refrigerated or frozen until ready to use).
- Once opened and heated, we do not recommend refreezing. If you have leftovers, store them in the refrigerator and enjoy within 1–2 days.
- It’s normal for a layer of fat or jelly-like sauce to form once chilled — this comes from the pork and broth. It will melt back into a silky sauce when reheated.
- This product contains pork and may contain soy, wheat, or other allergens. Please refer to the ingredient list on the package for full details.
