WHAT IS CHICKEN ESSENCE?

Chicken essence, or drop, is a traditional method in the agricultural society that slowly extracts whole chicken essence. The whole process does not use a single drop of water—the finest quality whole chicken is put into watertight and impermeable cooking over low heat for at least eight hours. There, a high temperature slowly builds and drips essence out of the chicken (including it’s bone marrow). We then remove the grease and gum out of the concentrated chicken essence. This is unlike water boiled chicken: our chicken is richer, with a large number of essential amino acids, protein, collagen, minerals, and other nutrients. There is zero fat, low-calorie, high-nutrition, a rich flavor and beneficial constitution that not only sustains the physical body, but provides nourishment to both prenatal and postnatal women and those suffering from ailments.

滴雞精是傳承傳統農業社會的智慧，以厚工萃取全雞精華。整個過程不加一滴水，選用上等質量的全雞、敲碎雞骨後，以隔水慢火蒸煮至少8小時以上，藉由高溫提煉集結慢慢滴出的全雞（含骨髓）精華，且將油脂去除後所濃縮出的雞肉精華與膠質，與加水熬煮的雞精或雞湯不同。滴雞精富含大量人體所需氨基酸、蛋白質、膠原蛋白及礦物質等營養素，零脂肪、低熱量、高營養，香醇濃郁無腥味，有益調整體質、滋補強身增強體力、產前產後、病後補養最佳良友。

What is your shipping method?

We have the following shipping methods:

SHIPPING

• Both online and phone orders must be placed before Thursday of each week no later than 1:00PM(13:00). After 1:00PM (13:00) it will be considered shipment for Monday.
• Shipping days are from Monday through Thursday. No weekend shipping (Friday through Sunday). Depending on order date chicken essence will arrive Tuesday through Friday of each week.
• We do not process orders on all major holidays. ALL methods are done within business days.
• We ship via FedEx Next Day Air only.
• Please allow 2-3 business days for processing orders 

ONLINE STORE PICK-UP

• You will receive an email/text message notification when your order is ready for pickup.

• Broth hours: Monday through Sunday 11:00AM-6:00PM
• Soupterra hours: Wednesday-Monday 11:00AM-6:00PM (Closed Tuesday)
