Terms and Policy

  1. Order Processing: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). However, the estimated delivery time varies depending on your location and selected shipping method. Please plan accordingly and choose the appropriate shipping option.
  2. Fulfillment: We offer various shipping options with different carriers. Free local delivery service is available for orders over $100, limited to eligible zip codes. To check if we deliver to your area, please click here.
    1. Local Pickup: Currently available only in Southern California.

    2. Local Delivery: Currently available in select areas of Northern and Southern California.
      1. We collaborate with a third-party delivery service for local deliveries. Delivery dates are based on your zip code. To find out your scheduled delivery day, please use this link. A text reminder will be sent to your provided phone number one business day prior to delivery. Please ensure your phone can receive text messages.
    3. Shipping: Available for customers outside our local delivery zones and for urgent orders. We ship to most states nationwide. Due to varying availability and product types, your order may arrive in multiple packages. Please monitor your email for tracking information. We are not liable for delays, lost, or damaged items during transit.
  3. Product Availability: All orders are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly. You may choose to wait until it's available, accept a suitable replacement, or receive a full refund.
  4. Pricing: Prices are subject to change without prior notice. We strive for accurate pricing on our website. If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel any affected orders.
  5. Returns and Exchanges: No returns or exchanges are permitted.
  6. Cancellation: Orders can be canceled within 4 hours of placement. Please email info@brothusa.com immediately for cancellation requests. Refunds may be issued in the form of a gift card if cancellation is not due to Broth's error.
  7. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 1 day of delivery. We will assist you with a return, replacement, or refund.
