Ingredients

 

• 1 pack of golden chicken broth
• 1 head of broccoli
• 1 potato
• 1/2 onion
• 5ml heavy cream
• Olive oil (as needed)
• Salt (to taste)
• Black pepper (to taste)
• Baguette slices
• 1/2 avocado
• 1 orange
• 8 cherry tomatoes

Cooking Instructions

 

1. Prepare Ingredients: Cut the broccoli into small florets and rinse thoroughly. Dice the potato and onion.
2. Cook the Onion: Heat olive oil in a pot and sauté the onion until fragrant and translucent.
3. Simmer the Ingredients: Add the broccoli, potato, and chicken broth. Simmer for 15 minutes until the ingredients are soft.
4. Season: Add salt and black pepper to taste.
5. Blend into a Creamy Soup: Pour the cooked ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
