黑糖老薑地瓜圓食譜 Brown Sugar Ginger & Sweet Potato Mochi Balls Desserts Recipe

今年北美寒流來襲,如果能喝上一碗熱熱的黑糖薑汁甜湯,驅寒又暖胃,真是十分的溫暖寫意~還可以另外再煮一些芋圓/地瓜圓/湯圓等配料加入甜湯中,吃起來更豐盛~

作法 How to make it?

古早味燒番薯解凍方法:
  1. 提前一天把古早味燒蕃薯放至冷藏庫解凍
  2. 電鍋加熱:不需解凍,外鍋不加水,乾鍋烤加熱約3-5分鐘
  3. 微波加熱:把燒蕃薯從包裝袋取出,微波爐功率調到700W,加熱2-3分鐘
Defrost Frozen Baked Sweet Potato:
  1. Place the frozen baked sweet potato in the refrigerator one day in advance
  2. Steam Cooker: Place the frozen baked sweet potato into the steam cooker. No need to add water to the outer pot. Heat it up for 3~5 minutes
  3. Microwave: Take the frozen baked sweet potatoes out of the package, adjust the power of the microwave to 700W, and heat for 2-3 minutes
使用古早味燒番薯作法:
  1. 古早味燒番薯解凍後去皮,再切滾刀狀或不規則狀
  2. 鍋中放入約 1300 毫升的水,放入黑糖味老薑片 (喜歡薑味更濃的可以多放)
  3. 水煮滾後,放入古早味燒番薯
  4. 等到水再度煮滾後,可再放入黑糖拌勻至溶化,糖的份量依個人喜好做增減,想喝甜一點的人可以再多加一點糖
  5. 加入一點點鹽中和甜味,喝起來味道更溫和~
  6. 轉中小火蓋鍋,悶煮15~20分鍾後便可上桌
Using Frozen Baked Sweet Potato:
  1. Defrost the baked sweet potato, and then peel off the skin. Cut it into hob shape or irregular shape
  2. Put about 1300ml of water in the pot, add brown sugar-flavored old ginger slices (you can put more if you like stronger ginger flavor)
  3. After the water boils, add the sweet potato
  4. You may add more brown sugar once the water boils again. The amount of sugar can be increased or decreased according to personal preference.
  5. Add a little bit of salt to neutralize the sweetness, and it tastes milder~
  6. Turn to medium-low heat and cover the pot, simmer for 15-20 minutes, then it's ready to serve~
使用新鮮蕃薯/芋頭作法:
  1. 蕃薯/芋頭洗淨去皮,切滾刀狀,下刀的時候先切1/2~2/3,剩下的部分用刀子掰斷,可以讓地瓜斷面呈不規則狀,能更入味
  2. 鍋中放入約 1300 毫升的水,放入黑糖味老薑片 (喜歡薑味更濃的可以多放)
  3. 水煮滾後,放入蕃薯/芋頭
  4. 等到水再度煮滾後,可再放入黑糖拌勻至溶化,糖的份量依個人喜好做增減,想喝甜一點的人可以再多加一點糖
  5. 加入一點點鹽中和甜味,喝起來味道更溫和~
  6. 轉中小火,將蕃薯煮至筷子能輕鬆穿過的軟度後,即可上桌
Using fresh sweet potato or taro:
  1. Wash and peel the sweet potato/taro, cut into a hob shape. You may cut 1/2~2/3 of the sweet potato/taro, and then break off the rest with a knife, so that the section of the sweet potato/taro will taste better
  2. Put about 1300ml of water in the pot, add brown sugar-flavored old ginger slices (you can put more if you like stronger ginger flavor)
  3. After the water boils, add the sweet potato/taro
  4. You may add more brown sugar once the water boils again. The amount of sugar can be increased or decreased according to personal preference.
  5. Add a little bit of salt to neutralize the sweetness, and it tastes milder~
  6. Turn to medium-low heat, cook the sweet potato/taro until it is soft enough that chopsticks can pass through easily, then it's ready to serve!
加入九份番薯圓/芋見地瓜圓:
  1. 另外燒開一鍋水,把地瓜圓/芋圓放入鍋內
  2. 煮至地瓜圓浮起後,再多煮 2 ~ 3 分鐘,等到地瓜圓膨脹了即可撈起加入甜湯中食用
To add the K.K Orchard Sweet Potato/Taro Dice:
  1. Boil a new pot of water, put the sweet potato balls/taro balls into the pot
  2. Cook until the sweet potato balls float, and then cook for another 2 ~ 3 minutes, wait until the sweet potato balls have puffed up, then remove and add to the sweet soup to eat
