  • Clams: 250 grams

  • Ginger: 1 slice (shredded)
  • Goji berry: Some
  • Chicken essence: 1 pack
  • Salt: Some

Cooking Directions

  1. Prepare a small bowl and flatten the ground pork around the bottom part of the bowl
  2. Crack the egg on top of the pork
  3. Add the other toppings (clam, goji berries and ginger strips)
  4. Pour the Broth Original Chicken Essence into the bowl
  5. Steam on high heat for 20 minutes
