This salad is paired with a homemade braised beef shank that is succulent, flavorful, and loaded with protein. Ingredients

  • Red pepper, yellow pepper, and purple onion - cut into strips
  • Cherry tomatoes, boiled egg - cut in half
  • BROTH's Braised beef - cut into desired size
  • Homemade salad dressing

 

Homemade Salad Dressing Recipe

Mixed with 1 part red wine vinegar, 1 part olive oil, 1 part sesame oil, and 5 parts braised beef sauce, season with black pepper to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. After boiling water, place the braised beef and its inner packaging bag into the pot, and heat over medium heat in a water bath for 3-5 minutes until heated through.
  2. Wash and dry the vegetables, then place them in a bowl.
  3. Cut the red pepper, yellow pepper, purple onion, cherry tomatoes, and boiled egg into strips, and add them to the bowl.
  4. Prepare the homemade salad dressing by mixing 1 part red wine vinegar, 1 part olive oil, 1 part sesame oil, and 5 parts braised beef sauce together, season with black pepper to taste, and pour the dressing into the bowl. Mix well.
  5. Arrange the mixed vegetables and salad dressing on a plate, and add the sliced braised beef and boiled egg on top.
    Finally, sprinkle some white sesame seeds on the beef as a garnish.
