用紅酒醋1:橄欖油1:香油1:牛腱醬汁5、適量黑胡椒調製。
Mixed with 1 part red wine vinegar, 1 part olive oil, 1 part sesame oil, and 5 parts braised beef sauce, season with black pepper to taste

- 煮沸水後,將私房滷牛腱和內包裝袋放入鍋中,以中火隔水加熱3-5分鐘直至熱透。
- 洗淨蔬菜,瀝乾後放入盆中。
- 切好紅椒、黃椒、紫洋蔥、櫻桃番茄和煮熟的雞蛋,加入盆中。
- 準備自製沙拉醬,將1份紅酒醋、1份橄欖油、1份芝麻油和5份滷牛肉汁混合均勻,加黑胡椒調味,倒入盆中,攪拌均勻。
- 將蔬菜和沙拉醬混合均勻後擺盤,放上切好的滷牛腱和煮熟的雞蛋。
- 最後,撒些白芝麻在牛腱上點綴即可。

- Wash and dry the vegetables, then place them in a bowl.
- Cut the red pepper, yellow pepper, purple onion, cherry tomatoes, and boiled egg into strips, and add them to the bowl.
- Prepare the homemade salad dressing by mixing 1 part red wine vinegar, 1 part olive oil, 1 part sesame oil, and 5 parts braised beef sauce together, season with black pepper to taste, and pour the dressing into the bowl. Mix well.
- Arrange the mixed vegetables and salad dressing on a plate, and add the sliced braised beef and boiled egg on top.
Finally, sprinkle some white sesame seeds on the beef as a garnish.
