Braised Napa Cabbage(2 packs)
Golden Feast Braised Napa Cabbage|A Comfort Dish Packed with Layered Umami
Braised napa cabbage is one of those dishes that instantly reminds people of home, family, and mom’s cooking. At BROTH, we treat this as a true “skill-test” comfort dish — simple on the outside, but full of patience, technique, and carefully layered flavor inside.
We start by slow-simmering a rich broth made from beef bones and pork bones, with no artificial flavor enhancers. Then we deepen the flavor by adding our signature Organic Chicken Essence, so every bite not only tastes more savory and rounded, but also brings a little extra nourishment to your everyday table — a way to gently take care of you, even on your most tired, busy days.
To build even more depth, we use dried flatfish (a classic ingredient that’s hard to find in the U.S.): we lightly toast it, then grind it into a fine powder so that its toasty ocean richness melts right into the broth instead of sitting on top. On top of that, we add premium dried scallops from Hokkaido, giving the dish a delicate, natural sweetness from the sea.
Hidden inside the soft, tender napa cabbage is a whole world of tiny details — the savoriness of land and sea, the depth of the bone broth, the richness of chicken essence, and the sweetness of vegetables, all woven together. It’s a true “golden feast” in one pot and an easy choice for that dish that always disappears first once it hits the table.
