    白菜滷是一道耳熟能詳,充滿媽媽味道的傳統菜品,於好湯慢慢而言,這更是一道考究的功夫菜。把繁瑣的工序轉換成有韻味,好湯使用慢火細燉的牛骨和豬骨高湯,不含一絲人工添加劑。此外,我們更加入了自家有機滴雞精,提昇鮮味之餘,更為您的飯桌增加更多營養和元氣。不僅如此,我們還找來在美國本地難以取得的大地魚乾,將其烤過之後再磨成粉,讓其味道完全融入在每一個縫隙;還有來自北海道的頂級乾干貝,讓鮮味再增添一份海洋氣息。

    隱藏在翠綠中的每一口,都含有美味細節的意猶未竟。來自海陸空食材的精華相互加乘,每一口都是「金(相當)」澎湃。

    【調理方法】: 

    1. 電鍋加熱: 將冷凍塊取出,放在電鍋可允許的容器中,使用電鍋加熱(正常一杯水量,喜歡軟爛口感可以再多加半杯水),一起放置鍋內煮滾至沸騰即可
    2. 微波加熱: 將冷凍塊取出,倒入可微波的容器,蓋上上蓋保留氣孔,微波5-7分鐘即可! (依照基準為1300W微波爐)
    3. 隔水加熱: 將冷凍包取出,不開封直接放入裝滿水的鍋具,加熱至沸騰即可

    Ingredients : Napa Cabbage, Wood Ear Mushroom, Carrot, Dried Mushroom, Dried Scallop, Dried Shrimp, Dried Fish, Organic Rendered Chicken Fat, In-house Pork Bone Soup (Water, Pork Bone, Pork Knuckle, Chicken Bone, Virginia Ham, Cabbage, Celery, Green Onion, Dried Scallop, Ginger, Garlic), Soy Sauce (Water, Non-GMO soybeans, Black Beans, wheat, salt, brown sugar, yeast extract), Broth Organic Chicken Essence, sea salt

    Braised Napa Cabbage is a traditional dish that will remind you of mom's cooking. Broth takes picking ingredients and food prep seriously, therefore, we have used both Beef Bone and Pork Bone broth as the base, without any artificial additives. In addition, we have added our organic chicken essence to enhance the taste and add more nutrition and vitality to your dinner table. Not only that, but we also found dried Herring fish that is difficult to obtain in the United States, roasted it, and then ground it into powder, so that the taste can be fully integrated into your mouth. There are also top-quality dried scallops from Hokkaido, which add a touch of the ocean.

    Cooking instruction :

    1. Electric Pot Heating: Take out the frozen block, put it in a container that is allowed by the electric pot, use the electric pot to heat (normally one cup of water, if you like soft and rotten taste, you can add another half cup of water), put them together in the pot and boil until it boils.
    2. Microwave: Take out the frozen block, pour it into a microwaveable container, cover the lid to keep the air holes, and microwave for 5-7 minutes! (Based on the standard of 1300W microwave oven)
    3. Water-heating: Take out the freezer bag, put it in a pot filled with water without opening it, and heat it until it boils.

     

    Frozen packs contain soup base only.
