This is our signature Golden Chicken Broth, now paired with a tender, juicy organic chicken drumstick in every pack. The broth is slowly simmered with Brazilian mushrooms, Virginia smoked ham, and fresh vegetables to create a naturally golden, deeply layered soup base with gentle mushroom notes, subtle smokiness, and a clean, comforting finish.
Each drumstick comes from carefully selected, naturally raised organic chickens, with no artificial tenderizers or unnecessary additives, so you can taste the true texture and sweetness of the meat. It’s not just a bowl of soup – it’s a small moment of care you can give yourself (or your family) on a busy day: sip the broth, enjoy the drumstick, feel restored.
Cooking Instructions (click to expand)
This product is a frozen ready-to-heat soup that includes both broth and an organic chicken drumstick. For the best flavor and food safety, please heat thoroughly until the drumstick is hot all the way through.
1️⃣ Stovetop (most recommended)
- Remove the pouch from the freezer and open the packaging.
- Pour the frozen or partially thawed contents (broth + drumstick) into a pot.
- If desired, add a little water to adjust the richness of the broth. You can also add vegetables, mushrooms, noodles, or tofu to turn it into a complete meal.
- Heat over medium to medium-low heat until the soup comes to a full boil and the drumstick is heated all the way through. Let it simmer for a few more minutes, then serve hot.
2️⃣ Electric cooker / rice cooker (hands-off option)
- Let the pouch thaw in the fridge or at room temperature until the contents are no longer rock solid.
- Cut open the pouch and pour everything into the inner pot of your rice cooker.
- Add a bit of water if you prefer a lighter broth. Add water to the outer pot as you normally would (about 1 cup), then turn it on.
- When it switches to “warm,” stir the soup gently and check that the drumstick is hot in the center. If needed, run one more short cycle until everything is fully heated.
3️⃣ Hot water bath (minimal cleanup)
- Transfer the pouch from the freezer to the fridge or room temperature until it is partially or fully thawed.
- Without opening the pouch, place it into a pot of boiling water. Make sure the water level fully covers the pouch.
- Keep at a gentle boil for about 8–10 minutes, turning the pouch occasionally so it heats evenly.
- Carefully remove the pouch, cut it open, and pour the soup and drumstick into a bowl. You can enjoy it as is, or transfer to a small pot to add extra ingredients and heat a bit more.

- Both online and phone orders must be placed before Thursday of each week no later than 1:00PM(13:00). After 1:00PM (13:00) it will be considered shipment for Monday.
- Shipping days are from Monday through Thursday. No weekend shipping (Friday through Sunday). Depending on order date chicken essence will arrive Tuesday through Friday of each week.
- We do not process orders on all major holidays. ALL methods are done within business days.
- We ship via FedEx Next Day Air only.

Local Delivery (within 35 miles from our Walnut, CA Store)
- Free Local Delivery if orders meet minimum total of US$100
- Orders under $100, delivery fee is US$15
- Delivery day is based on the 3rd party delivery service route schedule. Customers may not request specific delivery days of the week for delivery.
- Customers will get a text reminder one business day prior to delivery day. Should you need to change delivery, please text or call back.
- On the delivery day, the dispatch will send a text message with estimated arrival time of the day so you can plan your day better. (Delivery is generally made between 9 am to 6 pm)
Next Day Air Shipping
- All frozen goods are shipped Next Day Air (except for special seasonal items)
- Shipping days are from Monday through Thursday (October - May) and Monday through Wednesday (June-September)

Broth will package our frozen products with insulated bags and ice gel packs to maintain the freshness of the products, however, we are not able to guarantee the items will stay in frozen state upon arrival. Please be advised that as long as the items are below 41F, it is safe to consume.
