Beef shank which is one of our best sellers can be consumed as soon as you defrost it. A simple delicious item that can be eaten cold and/or hot when added into our braised beef soup for the perfect taste of home.
- Braised beef shank can be consumed once it is defrosted. This product is already cooked and fit for consumption.
- After the shank has been defrosted it can be added to the Braised Beef Soup. Bring it to a boil.
- Microwave: Pour defrosted soup into a microwaveable safe container, place lid with ventilation holes, and microwave for 3-5 minutes (1300W microwave oven).
- Electric cooker: Pour frozen soup into the cooker and heat.
- Water-heating: Once the frozen soup is thawed, place the entire heat safe bag into a boiling pot of water enough to cover the entire surface. Heat over medium heat for 3-5 minutes.
Frozen packs contain beef shank and soup only.

This is a very convenient dish and complement with other dishes. I add this to noodles with green scallions. I save the additional sauce to mix it with veges.
Meat is very tender. One of our favorites!
