Christmas 2025 Terms & Condition

1. Campaign Period

  1. This Christmas campaign runs from December 13, 2025 to December 28, 2025 (PST).

  2. Only orders placed and paid within the campaign period are eligible for the offers and rewards. Orders outside this period will not be adjusted retroactively.

2. Eligibility & Scope

  1. This campaign applies to online orders placed on the official WeLoveBroth / 好湯慢慢 website.

  2. All thresholds and rewards are calculated per single order, based on the actual amount paid, excluding tax and shipping.

  3. If discount codes, store credit, or points are used, eligibility for spending thresholds will be determined by the final amount paid after all discounts.

3. New Product – Beef Bourguignon 10% OFF Add-On

  1. During the campaign period, the new Beef Bourguignon is available at 10% OFF intro pricing as an add-on item.

  2. Add-on eligibility:

    • Any order placed during the campaign period may add Beef Bourguignon to the same order and enjoy the 10% OFF intro price.

  3. Quantity:

    • There is no per-order purchase limit for Beef Bourguignon add-ons. Availability is subject to actual stock shown on the website.

  4. This 10% OFF intro price cannot be exchanged for cash, and may not be combined with other item-specific discounts on Beef Bourguignon (system logic will apply the eligible discount).

4. Eligibility & Threshold Calculation
During the campaign period, a single order’s cart subtotal (merchandise subtotal) qualifies for Store Credit rewards as follows. Shipping is not included in the threshold calculation:

  • Spend $180+ → Receive $10 Store Credit
  • Spend $360+ → Receive $30 Store Credit

(Each order qualifies for one tier only, based on the highest threshold reached. Tiers are not stackable per order.)

  • Subscription orders are not eligible for this Store Credit promotion.
  • Gift Cards are eligible for this promotion
    • Purchases of digital or physical gift cards count toward the spending threshold for this campaign.
  • Store Credit issuance & usage

    • Store Credit will be issued to eligible customer accounts within 48 hours after the campaign ends, in a batch process.

    • Store Credit can only be used on future orders placed after the campaign has ended and cannot be applied retroactively to past orders.

    • Store Credit is valid only on the official WeLoveBroth / 好湯慢慢 website, and may be used to offset product prices at checkout.

    • Store Credit cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred to another account, or exchanged for change.

    • The available Store Credit balance and the amount applicable to an order are subject to what is displayed in the customer account and checkout page.

  • Order changes & returns

    • If an order is partially canceled, refunded, or modified in a way that causes the cart subtotal to fall below the threshold, WeLoveBroth reserves the right to adjust or revoke the Store Credit issued for that order.

    • If Store Credit earned from this campaign has already been used on a subsequent order and the original qualifying order is later refunded, WeLoveBroth may deduct or offset the used credit amount according to the actual situation.

5. Limited Christmas Bundles

  1. Three limited Christmas bundles are offered during the campaign period. Bundle contents, original values, and promotional prices are as listed on the product pages.

  2. Christmas bundles qualify toward the spending threshold for the Store Credit promotion, based on the final amount paid shown at checkout.

  3. Quantities of all Christmas bundles are limited and available while supplies last. Once sold out, they may not be restocked or substituted with other products.

6. BROTH Points Promotion (% OFF via Points)

  1. During the campaign period, members using BROTH Points to redeem or discount selected items may enjoy enhanced point value as follows:

    • Selected merch / accessories → BROTH Points value equivalent to 20% OFF

    • Selected products (e.g. soups, Beef Bourguignon, etc.) → BROTH Points value equivalent to 10% OFF
      (The exact points required, eligible items, and discount value are subject to what is shown in the system on the product pages and at checkout.)

  2. Only selected merch and selected products marked as eligible for the BROTH Points promotion can enjoy this enhanced points value. Eligible items will be indicated on their product pages and/or during checkout.

  3. This enhanced BROTH Points promotion is limited to the campaign period. After the campaign ends, the points rules revert to the standard program.

  4. BROTH Points cannot be used to offset shipping fees and may be restricted for certain special items (any restrictions will be clearly indicated on product or checkout pages).

  5. If there is any overlap between BROTH Points redemption and other discounts, the system will automatically apply the eligible discount according to internal logic. In some cases, combinations may be limited based on system rules.

7. General Terms

  1. This campaign may not be combinable with certain special offers, collaborations, or custom discounts. Any limitations will be indicated on the campaign page or at checkout.

  2. In cases of system error, abnormal order behavior, suspected fraud, bulk abuse of promotions, or any misuse of offers, WeLoveBroth reserves the right to cancel, modify, or refuse the related orders and benefits.

  3. WeLoveBroth reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign and to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be announced on the official website without separate individual notice.

  4. In the event of any dispute, WeLoveBroth / 好湯慢慢 reserves the right of final interpretation and decision.
