Cooking & Serving Instructions (Frozen, Ready-to-Eat) – Click to expand
1. Rice Cooker / Electric Cooker (Easy, hands-off – recommended)
- No need to fully thaw — you can take it straight from the freezer.
- Place the sweet potato (in a heat-safe dish or on a small tray) into the inner pot.
- You can leave the outer pot dry or add a small splash of water, then turn the cooker on as if you’re warming food.
- Heat for about 5–10 minutes, depending on your cooker, until the skin is warm and the center is soft.
- Let it sit for a minute or two before eating — the inside can be very hot.
2. Oven or Air Fryer (for a lightly toasted skin)
- For best results, let the sweet potato thaw slightly (in the fridge or at room temperature) until it’s no longer rock hard.
- Preheat oven or air fryer to about 180–200°C / 355–390°F.
- Place the sweet potato on a baking sheet or in the air fryer basket.
- Bake or air fry for about 5–10 minutes, until the skin is a little wrinkled and fragrant, and the inside is heated through.
3. Enjoying It Chilled (as a snack or salad topping)
- Room-temperature thaw:Leave at room temperature for about 10–15 minutes for a cool, tender texture.
- Fridge thaw:Place in the fridge the night before and enjoy the next day as a chilled snack or light breakfast.
- Adjust thaw time based on your preferred texture — shorter for firmer, longer for softer.
4. Fun Serving Ideas
- Sweet potato salad:Cut into chunks and toss with greens, nuts, and your favorite dressing or yogurt for a hearty salad.
- Dessert topping:Pair with yogurt, ice cream, cake, pudding, or tofu pudding for extra sweetness and fiber.
- Sweet potato milk:Let the potato cool, remove the skin, and blend with cold or warm milk for a naturally sweet, creamy drink.
※ Heating times may vary depending on your equipment. Feel free to adjust based on your cooker and how soft you like it.
※ Once thawed or heated, it’s best to enjoy your sweet potato as soon as possible for the best taste and texture.
Gentle Notes & Storage Tips – Click to expand
- This product is made only from sweet potatoes, with no added sugar, flavoring, or preservatives. Natural sweetness, color, and texture may vary slightly by harvest, season, and batch — that’s normal.
- Please store in the freezer. After opening, if you don’t finish the entire piece, wrap it well and keep it chilled, and try to enjoy it soon.
- Be careful when handling hot sweet potatoes — the center can stay very hot even when the outside feels warm. Let it sit briefly after heating to avoid burns.
