Storage & Heating (Frozen Product)
- Keep frozen: Please store in the freezer as soon as you receive your package. Avoid repeated thawing and refreezing.
- Hot water bath (recommended): Place the unopened pouch in boiling water for about 3–5 minutes, then pour into a cup. Enjoy warm for the best flavor and comfort.
- Not recommended for microwave heating: Microwaving can cause uneven heating and may affect taste and texture.
- Not recommended at room temperature or iced: We recommend drinking it warm to fully bring out the aroma and gentle, soothing mouthfeel.

- Out-of-state chicken essence orders are shipped via FedEx Overnight Priority.
- We use insulated packaging with ice packs to help maintain a low temperature during transit.
- Depending on weather and transit conditions, the product may arrive:
- Fully frozen (solid)
- Partially thawed / “slushy”
- Chilled but in liquid form
- As long as the product is still at or below 41°F (about 5°C) when you receive it, it is within the food-safe temperature range and can be safely returned to the freezer or warmed and enjoyed.
- We recommend opening the box soon after delivery to check the contents, and then placing all pouches into the freezer right away.
Gentle reminder: If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, recovering from surgery, managing a long-term condition, or taking regular medications, please check with your doctor or dietitian before adding chicken essence to your routine. - After defrosting the soup, pour soup into a pot along with chicken drumsticks and seasonal vegetables of your choice. Bring everything to a boil.
- Microwave: Pour defrosted soup into a microwaveable safe container, place lid with ventilation holes, and microwave for 5-7 minutes (1300W microwave oven).
- Electric cooker: Pour frozen soup into the cooker and heat.
- Water-heating: Once the frozen soup is thawed, place the entire heat safe bag into a boiling pot of water enough to cover the entire surface. Heat over medium heat for 3-5 minutes.
Braised Beef Soup(with Beef Shank), Braised Beef Tendon, Thirty Spices Chef Spicy Fermented Tofu, Frozen Baked Sweet Potato, Braised Napa Cabbage:

SHIPPING
- Both online and phone orders must be placed before Thursday of each week no later than 1:00PM(13:00). After 1:00PM (13:00) it will be considered shipment for Monday.
- Shipping days are from Monday through Thursday. No weekend shipping (Friday through Sunday). Depending on order date chicken essence will arrive Tuesday through Friday of each week.
- We do not process orders on all major holidays. ALL methods are done within business days.
- We ship via FedEx Next Day Air only.
- Please allow 2-3 business days for processing orders

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
Your order will can be fulfilled in one of the following ways:
Local Delivery (within 35 miles from our Walnut, CA Store)
- Free Local Delivery if orders meet minimum total of US$100
- Orders under $100, delivery fee is US$15
- Delivery day is based on the 3rd party delivery service route schedule. Customers may not request specific delivery days of the week for delivery.
- Customers will get a text reminder one business day prior to delivery day. Should you need to change delivery, please text or call back.
- On the delivery day, the dispatch will send a text message with estimated arrival time of the day so you can plan your day better. (Delivery is generally made between 9 am to 6 pm)
Next Day Air Shipping
- All frozen goods are shipped Next Day Air (except for special seasonal items)
- Shipping days are from Monday through Thursday (October - May) and Monday through Wednesday (June-September)
- Broth is not responsible for shipping information error or lost/stolen packages

Broth will package our frozen products with insulated bags and ice gel packs to maintain the freshness of the products, however, we are not able to guarantee the items will stay in frozen state upon arrival. Please be advised that as long as the items are below 41F, it is safe to consume.
