1. General Storage
- Keep frozen：Place all items in the freezer as soon as your order arrives.
- For best flavor and texture, enjoy each item before the “best by” date printed on the package.
2. Golden Chicken Broth (with Organic Chicken Drumsticks)
- Let the frozen pouch thaw slightly until you can safely cut it open.
- Pour all contents (broth + drumsticks) into a pot.
- Heat over medium to medium-low until the soup reaches a gentle boil and the chicken is fully heated through.
- Serve as a main soup with rice, noodles, or a side of vegetables.
3. Braised Beef Soup (with Beef Shank)
- Thaw slightly, then cut open the pouch and pour everything into a pot.
- Heat over medium heat until the soup comes to a gentle boil and the beef is hot all the way through.
- Enjoy as a rich soup, or serve over noodles or rice for a hearty main dish.
4. Golden Chicken Broth (Soup Base) & Beef Bone Broth
- Let each pouch thaw slightly until you can cut it open.
- Pour the base into a pot and add water to your preferred strength.
- Add your choice of ingredients：vegetables, mushrooms, tofu, meats, noodles, rice, or hotpot items.
- Cook over medium heat until the broth is boiling and all ingredients are fully cooked.
5. Braised Pork Belly, Braised Minced Meat, Braised Napa Cabbage
- Remove from the freezer and thaw just enough to open the pouch.
- Stovetop：Pour contents into a small pot and heat over low to medium heat, stirring gently, until the sauce or broth gently bubbles and everything is fully hot.
- Rice cooker：Pour into a heat-safe bowl, cover, place in the cooker with about ½ cup of water in the outer pot, heat until it switches to “warm,” then rest for a few minutes.
- Serve:
- Braised Pork Belly / Braised Minced Meat：over hot rice or noodles, or with blanched greens.
- Braised Napa Cabbage：as a homestyle side dish or part of a bigger sharing-style spread.
Tip：Every stove and cooker is a little different. For your first time, keep an eye on heating and then adjust time and heat to your preference. We do not recommend microwaving the sealed pouches, as this can cause uneven heating and affect the texture of the soup and braised dishes.

- After defrosting the soup, pour soup into a pot along with chicken drumsticks and seasonal vegetables of your choice. Bring everything to a boil.
- Microwave: Pour defrosted soup into a microwaveable safe container, place lid with ventilation holes, and microwave for 5-7 minutes (1300W microwave oven).
- Electric cooker: Pour frozen soup into the cooker and heat.
- Water-heating: Once the frozen soup is thawed, place the entire heat safe bag into a boiling pot of water enough to cover the entire surface. Heat over medium heat for 3-5 minutes.
Braised Beef Soup(with Beef Shank), Braised Beef Tendon, Thirty Spices Chef Spicy Fermented Tofu, Frozen Baked Sweet Potato, Braised Napa Cabbage:

- Both online and phone orders must be placed before Thursday of each week no later than 1:00PM(13:00). After 1:00PM (13:00) it will be considered shipment for Monday.
- Shipping days are from Monday through Thursday. No weekend shipping (Friday through Sunday). Depending on order date chicken essence will arrive Tuesday through Friday of each week.
- We do not process orders on all major holidays. ALL methods are done within business days.
- We ship via FedEx Next Day Air only.
- Please allow 2-3 business days for processing orders

- Free Local Delivery if orders meet minimum total of US$100
- Orders under $100, delivery fee is US$15
- Delivery day is based on the 3rd party delivery service route schedule. Customers may not request specific delivery days of the week for delivery.
- Customers will get a text reminder one business day prior to delivery day. Should you need to change delivery, please text or call back.
- On the delivery day, the dispatch will send a text message with estimated arrival time of the day so you can plan your day better. (Delivery is generally made between 9 am to 6 pm)
Next Day Air Shipping
- All frozen goods are shipped Next Day Air (except for special seasonal items)
- Shipping days are from Monday through Thursday (October - May) and Monday through Wednesday (June-September)
- Broth is not responsible for shipping information error or lost/stolen packages

Broth will package our frozen products with insulated bags and ice gel packs to maintain the freshness of the products, however, we are not able to guarantee the items will stay in frozen state upon arrival. Please be advised that as long as the items are below 41F, it is safe to consume.
