Q1. What is Chicken Essence? How is it different from chicken soup?

A: Chicken essence is the pure extract from a whole chicken, steam-dripped for over 8 hours without any added water. Each chicken yields only 2–3 packs. Unlike chicken soup, which often contains water, salt, or seasoning, chicken essence is 100% natural with no additives.

Q2. How much is in one pack?

A: Each pack contains 65ml, approximately ¾ of a rice bowl.

Q3. What does it taste like?

A: Rich and thick with a slightly sticky mouthfeel due to natural collagen and gelatin.

Q4. What flavors are available?

Q5. What kind of chicken do you use? Does it taste like conventional broiler chicken?

A: We use USDA-certified organic free-range chickens, raised outdoors and fed natural herbs like reishi. The flavor is clean, rich, and never gamey.

Q6. Is any water or seasoning added?

A: No. It’s 100% pure chicken with no water, salt, seasoning, or preservatives.

Q7. Are hormones or antibiotics used?

A: Absolutely not. Our chickens are raised without hormones or antibiotics.

Q8. Who can drink chicken essence?

A: Suitable for ages 2 and up: toddlers, students, busy professionals, pregnant women, elders, and people recovering from surgery. (If you have chronic illnesses or cancer, please consult your doctor.)

Q9. Can pregnant women drink it? What are the benefits?

A: Yes! It’s low-fat, cholesterol-free, and rich in small-molecule proteins to support fetal development without causing weight gain.

Q10. Can I drink it every day?

A: Yes, daily consumption is fine. Nutrients are easily absorbed and excess is naturally metabolized. 1 pack per day is enough.

Q11. When should I drink it for best results?

A: First thing in the morning on an empty stomach.

Q12. How long can I store it?

• Refrigerated: consume within 5 days after thawing
• Room Temp: consume within 15 minutes after opening

• Stovetop: Pour into pot with food, bring to boil.
• Microwave 1300W: Soups 5–7 min | Small packs 3–5 min
• Boiling Water: Submerge for 3–5 min

🔹 If Still Frozen

• Electric Cooker: Outer pot with 1 cup water, steam until switch pops
• Boiling Water: Submerge for 8–10 min, adjust by size
