Terms & Conditions

The Mid-Autumn Festival promotion is valid from September 12 through September 27, 2026, ending at 11:59 PM PT, while supplies last.

Little Reunion Bundle
  • Select 6 eligible items to receive 3% off.
  • Select 8 eligible items to receive 5% off.
  • Eligible products may be selected more than once.
  • The corresponding discount applies only when the required number of items is added through the designated Little Reunion Bundle page.
  • Each bundle must independently meet the required item quantity. Items from separate incomplete bundles cannot be combined to meet the threshold.
  • Bundle discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers or discount codes unless otherwise stated.
  • Bundle contents, eligible products, and availability are subject to inventory.
  • Bundle discounts do not apply to subscription purchases.
Better-Together Duo
  • Purchase the designated Better-Together Duo, featuring Original Organic Chicken Essence and Reishi Organic Chicken Essence.
  • Each qualifying bundle receives 1 complimentary pouch of Original Organic Chicken Essence and 1 Cooler Bag.
  • Complimentary gifts are available while supplies last.
  • Gifts cannot be exchanged, returned, redeemed for cash, or substituted upon request.
  • If the qualifying bundle is canceled, returned, partially refunded, or otherwise no longer qualifies for the promotion, BROTH may remove the gift eligibility or deduct the retail value of any retained promotional gifts from the refund.
Selected Pastry Add-On
  • With a qualifying merchandise subtotal of $200 or more, customers may purchase up to 1 eligible pastry box at 5% off.
  • With a qualifying merchandise subtotal of $400 or more, customers may purchase up to 2 eligible pastry boxes at 5% off.
  • Tiers are not cumulative. Orders of $400 or more may add up to 2 pastry boxes in total, not 3.
  • The qualifying subtotal is calculated after discounts and before taxes and shipping.
  • Shipping fees, taxes, Gift Card purchases, subscription products, and recurring subscription orders do not count toward the qualifying purchase amount.
  • The offer applies only to designated Mid-Autumn pastry products added through the promotional add-on offer shown on the website or cart.
  • Selected pastries are subject to availability while supplies last.
  • If an order is modified, partially canceled, refunded, or returned and no longer meets the qualifying purchase amount, the pastry add-on discount may be adjusted or removed.
5% Bonus Gift Card
  • Purchase an eligible BROTH Gift Card during the promotional period and receive an additional 5% of the qualifying Gift Card purchase value as a bonus Gift Card.
  • Bonus Gift Cards will begin to be issued starting September 28, 2026.
  • The bonus Gift Card will be issued separately and sent to the email address associated with the qualifying order.
  • The 5% bonus is calculated based only on the eligible Gift Card purchase value.
  • Canceled, refunded, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible Gift Card purchases will not qualify for the bonus Gift Card.
  • Bonus Gift Cards have no cash value and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.
  • The original Gift Card purchased by the customer remains subject to BROTH's standard Gift Card terms.
  • Gift Card purchases cannot be combined with other percentage-off promotional offers unless otherwise stated.
General Terms
  • Offers are valid only during the promotional period and cannot be applied to past or future purchases.
  • Discounts, promotional gifts, and add-on offers cannot be combined with other promotional offers or discount codes unless otherwise stated.
  • Subscription products and recurring subscription orders are excluded from campaign discounts and qualifying purchase calculations.
  • Gift Card purchases are excluded from merchandise-based promotional thresholds unless specifically stated otherwise.
  • Promotional gifts and bonus Gift Cards have no cash value.
  • If an order is modified, partially canceled, refunded, or returned and no longer meets an offer's requirements, the applicable discount, gift, add-on eligibility, or bonus Gift Card may be adjusted, canceled, or withheld.
  • Promotional products, pastries, and gifts are subject to availability.
  • BROTH reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion, or cancel orders involving suspected misuse, fraud, or technical errors.

Qualifying merchandise totals exclude shipping fees, taxes, Gift Card purchases, and subscription products unless otherwise stated. All promotional products, add-ons, and gifts are available while supplies last.
