Mid-Autumn Festival 2025 Promotions – Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the Mid-Autumn Festival 2025 promotional campaign (“Promotion”) organized by 好湯慢慢 (BROTH Inc.). By participating in this Promotion, customers agree to be bound by the following Terms.

1. Promotion Period

  • The Promotion is valid from September 13, 2025 (00:00 PST) to October 7, 2025 (23:59 PST), both dates inclusive.

  • Transactions completed outside this period will not be eligible for the Promotion.

2. Promotion Details

The Promotion consists of the following offers:

a. Mid-Autumn Mooncake Gift Box

  • Available for purchase during the Promotion Period.

b. Double Blessing Chicken Essence Set (Reishi & Original)

  • Purchase one set to receive 1 complimentary pack of Original Chicken Essence.

  • Complimentary gift is limited in quantity and will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis.

c. Double Points

  • All qualifying purchases during the Promotion Period will earn double reward points.

  • Bonus points will be credited within 48 hours after the order is fulfilled.

d. Points Redemption Discount

  • During the Promotion Period, redemption of designated products (Leather Tray, Coasters) will require 5% fewer points.

e. $168 Gift Threshold Offer

  • Customers who spend USD $168 or more in a single order will receive 1 pack of [Cherry Grandfather] Jujube Longan Walnut Cake as a complimentary gift.

  • Limited to one gift per eligible order, regardless of multiples of $168 spent.

f. Gift Card Bonus Value

  • Gift Cards purchased during the Promotion Period will receive an additional 5% preloaded value.

  • Bonus value is automatically added at the time of issuance.

3. Eligibility

  • The Promotion is open to all customers who make qualifying purchases through BRIOTH’s official website or physical stores within the Promotion Period.

  • Employees of BROTH, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible for free gifts but may purchase under general discounts.

  • The Promotion is void where prohibited by law.

4. General Terms & Conditions

  1. Availability: All offers, gifts, and bonus values are subject to availability. BROTH reserves the right to substitute gifts of equivalent value without prior notice.

  2. Non-Transferable: Free gifts, bonus values, and promotional offers are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-redeemable for cash or credit.

  3. Order Qualification: Each order will be assessed independently to determine eligibility for promotions. Multiple orders cannot be combined to meet spending thresholds.

  4. Points & Redemption:

    • Double Points will be credited within 48 hours after successful order fulfillment.

    • Points will not be awarded on canceled, refunded, or returned orders.

  5. Gift Cards:

    • Gift Cards purchased with additional 5% value are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

    • Lost or stolen Gift Cards will not be replaced.

  6. Returns & Exchanges:

    • Perishable and frozen products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances, except in the case of proven product defect or incorrect delivery.

    • For non-frozen, non-perishable items:

      • If a customer returns an item that qualified for a free gift or bonus, the gift must also be returned unused and in original condition.

      • If the gift is not returned, BROTH reserves the right to deduct its retail value from the refund.

    • Refunds will only be processed once returned goods are verified and accepted by BROTH. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  7. Misuse & Abuse: BROTH reserves the right to disqualify any transactions or accounts suspected of fraudulent activity, misuse of offers, or breach of these Terms.

  8. Liability: BROTH shall not be responsible for any technical errors, system failures, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control that prevent participation in the Promotion.

  9. Modification & Termination: BROTH reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion, or these Terms, at any time without prior notice.

5. Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States of America.

  • Any disputes arising from this Promotion will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California.
