Eligible Channels:

  • 2026/1/31 (10:00 am PST) – 2/17: Online + In-store
  • 2026/2/17 (10:00 am PST) – 2/21: In-store only (includes in-store lucky draw)

1) Eligibility & Order Qualification

  1. This campaign applies only to purchases/orders that are placed and paid within the campaign period.
  2. For online orders, eligibility is based on the payment completion timestamp recorded by our system. For in-store purchases, eligibility is based on the checkout completion time.
  3. If an order is cancelled, refunded, or partially returned, eligibility will be re-evaluated based on the final paid amount after refund/return. If the purchase no longer qualifies, the gift/reward may be cancelled and/or must be returned if already received.
  4. All gifts, rewards, and promotional items are available in limited quantities and are offered while supplies last.

2) Gift With Purchase: Spend $88, Get a FREE 5-Pack Red Envelopes

  1. During 2026/1/31 – 2/17, a single online or in-store purchase with a final paid amount of $88+ qualifies for one (1) FREE 5-pack of BROTH (好湯慢慢) Red Envelopes.
  2. Gift is while supplies last. No reservations or rain checks.
  3. Spend qualification is based on the final paid amount after discounts and after any store credit/points redemption (excluding taxes and shipping). If system rules differ, the system display prevails.
  4. Gift cannot be exchanged, resold, or redeemed for cash. Gift style/contents may vary based on actual availability.

3) Product Availability (New Items & Festive Goods)

  1. Royal Golden Crab Prosperity Soup and festive goods are subject to availability and may sell out at any time.
  2. If an item becomes unavailable due to supply or force majeure, BROTH (好湯慢慢) reserves the right to replace with an item of equal value, remove the item, or issue a refund as appropriate.
  3. Product images are for reference only. Actual items received may vary.

4) In-Store Lucky Draw (2026/2/17 – 2/21)

  1. The lucky draw is available in-store only. Online orders are not eligible.
  2. Lucky draw is an add-on purchase: $2 / $5 / $10 / $20 (see in-store cashier instructions for details).
  3. One (1) lucky draw per receipt.
  4. Prizes are issued as store credit (amount depends on the draw result) and are valid only on the same day the draw is participated in. Expired credits are void.
  5. Store credit is not redeemable for cash, not transferable, and no change will be provided. Additional usage rules may apply per in-store instructions.

5) Additional Notes

  1. Offers cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, coupons, or promo codes unless the system explicitly allows it.
  2. BROTH (好湯慢慢) reserves the right to deny eligibility in cases of suspected misuse (including excessive cancellations/returns or reselling promotional gifts).
  3. BROTH (好湯慢慢) reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this campaign at any time. Final details are subject to official website and in-store announcements. Any matters not covered herein will be handled in accordance with applicable laws and official notices.
