Product Description

Meet Tamogi mushrooms—Japan’s golden, naturally aromatic mushrooms known for their delicate texture and rich umami. Carefully dried to preserve flavor, these mushrooms rehydrate beautifully and add depth to soups, hot pot, rice dishes, noodles, and stir-fries.

Just soak, cook, and enjoy. The broth turns fragrant, the bite stays tender, and a little goes a long way—an easy pantry upgrade for everyday home cooking.

How to use: Soak in warm water until softened, then add to your favorite dishes. (Save the soaking liquid for extra umami!)
