1. Original Organic Chicken Essence (Frozen Pouches)
- Store in the freezer upon arrival.

Hot water bath (recommended)：
1) Take 1 frozen pouch and let it sit at room temperature for a moment.
2) Place the unopened pouch into a pot of simmering water.
3) Heat for about 3–5 minutes over medium heat.
4) Carefully remove, cut open, and pour into a cup. Enjoy warm.
2. Golden Chicken Broth / Beef Bone Broth (Broth Bases)
- Remove from the freezer and thaw slightly in the fridge or at room temperature until you can open the pouch.
- Cut open and pour the broth base into a pot.
- Add drinking water as needed, depending on whether you are making noodles, congee, hot pot, or a simple soup.
- Add your choice of meat, tofu, vegetables, mushrooms, or noodles and bring everything to a full boil before serving.
3. Braised Beef Soup (with Beef Shank) / Braised Napa Cabbage
- Thaw slightly, then cut open the pouch and pour contents into a pot.
- Heat over medium to medium-low, stirring occasionally, until the soup or dish is bubbling and fully hot throughout.
- You can add noodles, glass noodles, greens, or hot pot ingredients for a more substantial meal.
4. Braised Minced Pork
- Thaw slightly, then open the pouch and pour into a small saucepan.
- Heat over low to medium heat, stirring gently, until the sauce is simmering and hot.
- Serve over rice, noodles, steamed vegetables, or tofu as a quick main or side.
5. Rice Cooker & Hot Water Bath Shortcuts
- Rice cooker：Pour thawed contents into a heat-safe bowl, cover, place in the cooker, add about ½ cup of water to the outer pot, and turn it on. When it switches to “warm,” let it sit a few minutes, then check that everything is thoroughly heated.
- Hot water bath：For pouches that you do not want to pour into a pot directly, place the unopened pouch into simmering water and heat for 8–12 minutes, depending on size and thickness. Remove carefully, open, and serve.

- After defrosting the soup, pour soup into a pot along with chicken drumsticks and seasonal vegetables of your choice. Bring everything to a boil.
- Microwave: Pour defrosted soup into a microwaveable safe container, place lid with ventilation holes, and microwave for 5-7 minutes (1300W microwave oven).
- Electric cooker: Pour frozen soup into the cooker and heat.
- Water-heating: Once the frozen soup is thawed, place the entire heat safe bag into a boiling pot of water enough to cover the entire surface. Heat over medium heat for 3-5 minutes.
Braised Beef Soup(with Beef Shank), Braised Beef Tendon, Thirty Spices Chef Spicy Fermented Tofu, Frozen Baked Sweet Potato, Braised Napa Cabbage:

- Both online and phone orders must be placed before Thursday of each week no later than 1:00PM(13:00). After 1:00PM (13:00) it will be considered shipment for Monday.
- Shipping days are from Monday through Thursday. No weekend shipping (Friday through Sunday). Depending on order date chicken essence will arrive Tuesday through Friday of each week.
- We do not process orders on all major holidays. ALL methods are done within business days.
- We ship via FedEx Next Day Air only.
- Please allow 2-3 business days for processing orders

- Free Local Delivery if orders meet minimum total of US$100
- Orders under $100, delivery fee is US$15
- Delivery day is based on the 3rd party delivery service route schedule. Customers may not request specific delivery days of the week for delivery.
- Customers will get a text reminder one business day prior to delivery day. Should you need to change delivery, please text or call back.
- On the delivery day, the dispatch will send a text message with estimated arrival time of the day so you can plan your day better. (Delivery is generally made between 9 am to 6 pm)
Next Day Air Shipping
- All frozen goods are shipped Next Day Air (except for special seasonal items)
- Shipping days are from Monday through Thursday (October - May) and Monday through Wednesday (June-September)

Broth will package our frozen products with insulated bags and ice gel packs to maintain the freshness of the products, however, we are not able to guarantee the items will stay in frozen state upon arrival. Please be advised that as long as the items are below 41F, it is safe to consume.
