Gift cards can be used only on eligible orders placed on the BROTH website and are currently valid for domestic orders within our service area (not available for international shipping at this time). -
Non-refundable：
Once issued, gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for cash, except where required by law. Please confirm the amount and recipient email before purchase. -
No additional fees：
There are no processing or activation fees. The full gift card value is available to use toward qualifying purchases until the balance is fully redeemed. -
Security：
The gift card code works like store credit. Please keep it in a safe place and avoid forwarding it to others, as anyone with the code can use the remaining balance. -

For All Kind of Soup:
- After defrosting the soup, pour soup into a pot along with chicken drumsticks and seasonal vegetables of your choice. Bring everything to a boil.
- Microwave: Pour defrosted soup into a microwaveable safe container, place lid with ventilation holes, and microwave for 5-7 minutes (1300W microwave oven).
- Electric cooker: Pour frozen soup into the cooker and heat.
- Water-heating: Once the frozen soup is thawed, place the entire heat safe bag into a boiling pot of water enough to cover the entire surface. Heat over medium heat for 3-5 minutes.
Braised Beef Soup(with Beef Shank), Braised Beef Tendon, Thirty Spices Chef Spicy Fermented Tofu, Frozen Baked Sweet Potato, Braised Napa Cabbage:
- After defrosting the soup and shank, pour it into a pot. Bring everything to a boil.
- Microwave: Pour defrosted soup into a microwaveable safe container, place lid with ventilation holes, and microwave for 5-7 minutes (1300W microwave oven).

We have the following shipping methods:
SHIPPING
- Both online and phone orders must be placed before Thursday of each week no later than 1:00PM(13:00). After 1:00PM (13:00) it will be considered shipment for Monday.
- Shipping days are from Monday through Thursday. No weekend shipping (Friday through Sunday). Depending on order date chicken essence will arrive Tuesday through Friday of each week.
- We do not process orders on all major holidays. ALL methods are done within business days.
- We ship via FedEx Next Day Air only.
- Please allow 2-3 business days for processing orders

- You will be notified by email/text message by a customer service representative one day prior to your delivery day.
- Delivery date is dependent on your zip code
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
Your order will can be fulfilled in one of the following ways:
Local Delivery (within 35 miles from our Walnut, CA Store)
- Free Local Delivery if orders meet minimum total of US$100
- Orders under $100, delivery fee is US$15
- Delivery day is based on the 3rd party delivery service route schedule. Customers may not request specific delivery days of the week for delivery.
- Customers will get a text reminder one business day prior to delivery day. Should you need to change delivery, please text or call back.
- On the delivery day, the dispatch will send a text message with estimated arrival time of the day so you can plan your day better. (Delivery is generally made between 9 am to 6 pm)
Next Day Air Shipping
- All frozen goods are shipped Next Day Air (except for special seasonal items)
- Shipping days are from Monday through Thursday (October - May) and Monday through Wednesday (June-September)
- Broth is not responsible for shipping information error or lost/stolen packages

- Business hours 11 am - 6 pm daily.
All orders placed are Non-refundable due to the nature of fresh products unless quality issues.
Broth will package our frozen products with insulated bags and ice gel packs to maintain the freshness of the products, however, we are not able to guarantee the items will stay in frozen state upon arrival. Please be advised that as long as the items are below 41F, it is safe to consume.
