Double Wall Glass Mug
- Great for hot or cold drinks, as well as Chicken Essence or broth.
- Hand wash recommended：Use mild dish soap and a soft sponge. Avoid steel wool or abrasive scrubbers that may scratch the glass.
- Rinse well and let air dry, or gently dry with a soft cloth before storing.
- If you use a dishwasher, please first check your machine’s settings and place the mug securely to avoid bumps or collisions.
Diatomite Coaster
- Place flat on your table and set your mug directly on top. It will help absorb condensation and light drips.
- Keep it dry：Diatomite is a porous material and prefers a dry, well-ventilated environment. Avoid soaking or leaving it in standing water for long periods.
- If stains or drink marks appear, wipe gently with a slightly damp cloth, then allow it to fully air-dry.
- If absorption seems slower over time, let the coaster rest in a dry, ventilated place to help restore its performance.
Tip：For both the mug and coaster, avoid harsh chemicals or strong acid/alkaline cleaners to help them last longer.

- Please do not put the diatomite coaster in the dishwasher, dryer, or under high heat for long periods, as this may cause cracking or warping.

- Microwave: Pour defrosted soup into a microwaveable safe container, place lid with ventilation holes, and microwave for 5-7 minutes (1300W microwave oven).
- Electric cooker: Pour frozen soup into the cooker and heat.
- Water-heating: Once the frozen soup is thawed, place the entire heat safe bag into a boiling pot of water enough to cover the entire surface. Heat over medium heat for 3-5 minutes.
Braised Beef Soup(with Beef Shank), Braised Beef Tendon, Thirty Spices Chef Spicy Fermented Tofu, Frozen Baked Sweet Potato, Braised Napa Cabbage:

- Both online and phone orders must be placed before Thursday of each week no later than 1:00PM(13:00). After 1:00PM (13:00) it will be considered shipment for Monday.
- Shipping days are from Monday through Thursday. No weekend shipping (Friday through Sunday). Depending on order date chicken essence will arrive Tuesday through Friday of each week.
- We do not process orders on all major holidays. ALL methods are done within business days.
- We ship via FedEx Next Day Air only.
- Please allow 2-3 business days for processing orders

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
Your order will can be fulfilled in one of the following ways:
Local Delivery (within 35 miles from our Walnut, CA Store)
- Free Local Delivery if orders meet minimum total of US$100
- Orders under $100, delivery fee is US$15
- Delivery day is based on the 3rd party delivery service route schedule. Customers may not request specific delivery days of the week for delivery.
- Customers will get a text reminder one business day prior to delivery day. Should you need to change delivery, please text or call back.
- On the delivery day, the dispatch will send a text message with estimated arrival time of the day so you can plan your day better. (Delivery is generally made between 9 am to 6 pm)
Next Day Air Shipping
- All frozen goods are shipped Next Day Air (except for special seasonal items)
- Shipping days are from Monday through Thursday (October - May) and Monday through Wednesday (June-September)
- Broth is not responsible for shipping information error or lost/stolen packages

All orders placed are Non-refundable due to the nature of fresh products unless quality issues.
Broth will package our frozen products with insulated bags and ice gel packs to maintain the freshness of the products, however, we are not able to guarantee the items will stay in frozen state upon arrival. Please be advised that as long as the items are below 41F, it is safe to consume.
