Golden Chicken Broth｜House Signature Broth
Looking for a chicken soup that feels like a warm hug after a long day? This is our house-favorite, signature broth – Golden Chicken Broth.
We slowly simmer a blend of Brazilian mushrooms, Virginia smoked ham, and fresh vegetables to build a deep, layered flavor. The result is a naturally golden broth with gentle mushroom notes, subtle smokiness, and a clean, comforting finish.
There are no added seasonings, MSG, or artificial flavorings – the color and aroma come purely from time and real ingredients. Keep a block of this frozen Golden Chicken Broth in your freezer and you can easily make noodle soups, hot pot, mini nabe, congee, stews, or a simple chicken soup whenever you like.
Cooking Instructions (click to expand)
This product comes as a frozen broth block. We recommend diluting with water and adjusting the strength to your taste.
Microwave heating is not recommended, as it can cause uneven heating and affect flavor and texture.
1️⃣ Stovetop (most recommended)
- Remove the frozen Golden Chicken Broth block from the package and place it in a pot.
- Add water to dilute to your preferred richness.
- Add your choice of ingredients – chicken drumsticks or thighs, vegetables, mushrooms, tofu, fish balls, noodles, etc. Bring to a boil, then simmer until everything is cooked through.
2️⃣ Electric cooker / rice cooker
- Place the frozen Golden Chicken Broth block into the inner pot and add water.
- Add water to the outer pot as you normally would (about 1 cup), then turn it on.
- When it switches to “warm,” stir to make sure everything is heated through and evenly melted.
3️⃣ Hot water bath (for thawed broth)
- Once the product is fully thawed, place the sealed inner pouch into a pot of boiling water.
- Make sure the water fully covers the pouch and keep it at a gentle boil for about 3–5 minutes.
- Carefully remove, cut open the pouch, pour into a pot or bowl, and add any extra ingredients you like.

- For the best quality, we recommend using the entire block once opened. If you have leftovers, store them in the fridge and enjoy as soon as possible.

Braised Beef Soup(with Beef Shank), Braised Beef Tendon, Thirty Spices Chef Spicy Fermented Tofu, Frozen Baked Sweet Potato, Braised Napa Cabbage:

- Both online and phone orders must be placed before Thursday of each week no later than 1:00PM(13:00). After 1:00PM (13:00) it will be considered shipment for Monday.
- Shipping days are from Monday through Thursday. No weekend shipping (Friday through Sunday). Depending on order date chicken essence will arrive Tuesday through Friday of each week.
- We do not process orders on all major holidays. ALL methods are done within business days.
- We ship via FedEx Next Day Air only.

Your order will can be fulfilled in one of the following ways:
Local Delivery (within 35 miles from our Walnut, CA Store)
- Free Local Delivery if orders meet minimum total of US$100
- Orders under $100, delivery fee is US$15
- Delivery day is based on the 3rd party delivery service route schedule. Customers may not request specific delivery days of the week for delivery.
- Customers will get a text reminder one business day prior to delivery day. Should you need to change delivery, please text or call back.
- On the delivery day, the dispatch will send a text message with estimated arrival time of the day so you can plan your day better. (Delivery is generally made between 9 am to 6 pm)
Next Day Air Shipping
- All frozen goods are shipped Next Day Air (except for special seasonal items)
- Shipping days are from Monday through Thursday (October - May) and Monday through Wednesday (June-September)
- Broth is not responsible for shipping information error or lost/stolen packages

All orders placed are Non-refundable due to the nature of fresh products unless quality issues.
Broth will package our frozen products with insulated bags and ice gel packs to maintain the freshness of the products, however, we are not able to guarantee the items will stay in frozen state upon arrival. Please be advised that as long as the items are below 41F, it is safe to consume.
