  • 蛤蜊 少量(1 顆)
  • 雞蛋 1 顆
  • 豬絞肉 100 克
  •  1 支(切段)
  •  1 片(切絲)
  • 枸杞 少量
  • 滴雞精 1包
  •  適量
  • 胡椒粉 適量
    • Clams: 250 grams
    • Eggs: 1
    • Ground pork: 100 grams
    • Green Onion: 1 stalk (cut into sections)
    • Ginger: 1 slice (shredded)
    • Goji berry: Some
    • Chicken essence: 1 pack
    • Salt: Some
    • Pepper: Some

      料理步驟 Cooking Directions

      1. 準備一個小碗,將豬絞肉壓平放在碗的底部。
      2. 在壓平的豬絞肉上加入雞蛋。
      3. 加入其他配料(蛤蜊、枸杞和姜絲)。
      4. 將好湯慢慢滴雞精倒入碗中。
      5. 以大火蒸煮20分鐘。
      6. 最後撒上蔥花便大功告成啦!
        1. Prepare a small bowl and flatten the ground pork around the bottom part of the bowl
        2. Crack the egg on top of the pork
        3. Add the other toppings (clam, goji berries and ginger strips)
        4. Pour the Broth Original Chicken Essence into the bowl
        5. Steam on high heat for 20 minutes
