Ten years went by in a blink—but the comfort of a warm bowl of soup still feels the same.

As we write this, we keep thinking back to our little restaurant in Walnut—and the moment you took that first sip, smiling over a steaming bowl. That simple warmth became the beginning of BROTH (好湯慢慢).

From day one, we’ve believed good food takes real care. That’s why we created our first locally made organic Chicken Essence—to make traditional nourishment feel pure, simple, and doable for everyday life. When we saw it become part of so many mornings, we launched our subscription so this comfort could arrive on a steady rhythm.

What has moved us most is every story you’ve shared. Some customers started drinking our Chicken Essence during pregnancy and postpartum, and later used our broths to cook congee as their kids grew.
