烹煮方式
所需材料：
1包【新譯漢方】熱紅酒香料包、750mL中價位紅酒、1顆蘋果、1顆柳橙、60g白糖
步驟：
- 將香料包內的肉豆蔻敲碎以提升香氣。將紅酒倒一半入鍋，加入香料包、蘋果片、柳橙片與白糖。如果沒有新鮮水果，也可以用100%濃縮果汁替代。
- 用小火加熱至微冒泡，煮1-2分鐘，然後倒入剩下的紅酒，繼續用小火加熱至冒煙後關火，切記不要煮沸，避免酒精揮發。
- 將煮好的熱紅酒過濾後倒入喜愛的杯子中享用。（裡面的水果片也可以邊喝邊吃！）
