Customers who sign up for subscription service need to maintain three (3) consecutive subscriptions for each application.

Customers need to order six or more boxes each month to enjoy the monthly discount of 14.5%.
每月需要訂購六盒或以上才可享有滴雞精月訂購折扣優惠14.5% off。
Is there still a discount if I buy more than six boxes? Will I get a bigger discount if I buy more? 買六盒以上滴雞精還有優惠嗎？多買會有更多優惠嗎？

You can start making changes (postpone, reschedule, etc.) three months after the initial subscription.

What is a restocking fee? 什麼是重新入庫費用？
If you inform us of the suspension or cancellation of the monthly subscription after the system has placed an order for you, a $30 restocking fee will be charged if you need to cancel the order.

Can I specify the delivery date? 我可以指定日期送達嗎？
Unfortunately, we cannot specify the delivery date because delivery days vary depending on the area with the 3rd party delivery service.
