【調理方法】: 

  1. 自然退冰後,即可食用,本產品為熟食商品,開封後,即可食用,口味極佳!
  2. 微波加熱法: 將冷凍塊取出,倒入可微波的容器,蓋上上蓋保留氣孔,微波5-7分鐘即可! (依照基準為1300W微波爐)
  3. 電鍋加熱法: 將冷凍塊取出,以電鍋加熱即可
  4. 隔水加熱法: 產品完全解凍後,連同內包裝袋放入水已煮沸的鍋中,水面必須完全覆蓋產品,並以中火隔水加熱3-5分鐘即可食用!

Ingredients:  Pork Knuckle, Soy Sauce, Sugar, Spicy Bean Paste, Herbs

A homemade combination of over 10 different spices marinated in tender bone in pork knuckle. High in collagen and aromatic compounds, at the end of the meal you are left with a smile and a satisfied belly.

Cooking instruction:

  1. Braised pork knuckle can be consumed once it is defrosted. This product is already cooked and fit for consumption. 
  2. Microwave: Pour defrosted pork knuckle into a microwaveable safe container, place lid with ventilation holes, and microwave for 3-5 minutes (1300W microwave oven). 
  3. Electric cooker: Place frozen pork knuckle into the cooker and heat. 
  4. Water-heating: Once the frozen pork knuckle is thawed, place the entire heat safe bag into a boiling pot of water enough to cover the entire surface. Heat over medium heat for 3-5 minutes. 

 

Frozen packs contain pork knuckle and sauce only.
