新鮮蛤蜊的處理方法 How to Prepare Fresh Clams
新鮮蛤蜊在買回來後需要至少要泡鹽水2小時以上,待吐沙後才能烹煮,還可以找蓋子把蛤蜊蓋起來,讓蛤蜊以為是天黑,加快吐沙速度~
*鹽水比例大概是 1公升水:1-2小匙鹽巴
