穀盛商品特色
- 榖盛所有商品都不添加防腐劑。糖、鹽及醋是自古以來的保存食品的方式。榖盛為醋的製造商，我們將醋的效用發揮到最大，因此以醋替代防腐劑使用；醋有防腐效果可以降低PH值，PH值（酸鹼值）越低酸度越高=防腐效果越高。
- 無添加人工香料：以添加天然香料來替代。
- 無添加人工甘味劑：以果汁、味霖來取代。榖盛所使用的的果汁，無經過抽取香味，原汁原味的濃縮液果汁及味霖有提味的效果。
- 無添加人工甘味劑（味素等）：以味霖、香菇、柴魚、酵母萃出物來取代人工甘味劑的鮮味。
穀盛商品主要原料與作用
- 糯米醋：醋有防腐效果，可以減低鹽的時使用量，有提味、去腥、促進食慾效果。但是加太多會過酸，因此會添加其他含糖的原料來調整味道。
- 烏醋：起源於英國的伍斯特沙司→日文為ウースターソース（音譯為「烏斯塔醬」），使用的原料為米醋、鹽、糖、香辛料及荔果汁（胡蘿醬、荔枝汁）茄汁、柳橙汁）調製而成。烏醋有去腐味的效果，多種香辛料（大棗、小茴、丁香胡椒）及雜果汁，所產的豐盛的味道以至酸度。
- 味霖：有去酸、去鹹的作用，增加鮮味（酯味）及防腐效果，酒精含量偏低（0.5%以下）。
- 釀造酒精抑制黴菌的生長，達成防腐的效果。只使用醋來防腐的話會偏酸，因此加入酒精來
- 調節酸度，同時達到防腐效果。
- 黏稠劑：原料為澱粉固型物。當醬料裡同時使用了醋和油的原料時，容易產生油水分離，造成消費者困擾，加入黏稠劑避免這個問題發生。
Cooking Instructions
For All Kind of Soup:
- After defrosting the soup, pour soup into a pot along with chicken drumsticks and seasonal vegetables of your choice. Bring everything to a boil.
- Microwave: Pour defrosted soup into a microwaveable safe container, place lid with ventilation holes, and microwave for 5-7 minutes (1300W microwave oven).
- Electric cooker: Pour frozen soup into the cooker and heat.
- Water-heating: Once the frozen soup is thawed, place the entire heat safe bag into a boiling pot of water enough to cover the entire surface. Heat over medium heat for 3-5 minutes.
Braised Beef Soup(with Beef Shank), Braised Beef Tendon, Thirty Spices Chef Spicy Fermented Tofu, Frozen Baked Sweet Potato, Braised Napa Cabbage:
- After defrosting the soup and shank, pour it into a pot. Bring everything to a boil.

Store in Freezer. All frozen products expire 6 months after production date.

SHIPPING
- Both online and phone orders must be placed before Thursday of each week no later than 1:00PM(13:00). After 1:00PM (13:00) it will be considered shipment for Monday.
- Shipping days are from Monday through Thursday. No weekend shipping (Friday through Sunday). Depending on order date chicken essence will arrive Tuesday through Friday of each week.
- We do not process orders on all major holidays. ALL methods are done within business days.
- We ship via FedEx Next Day Air only.
- Please allow 2-3 business days for processing orders

- All frozen goods are shipped Next Day Air (except for special seasonal items)

All orders placed are Non-refundable due to the nature of fresh products unless quality issues.
Broth will package our frozen products with insulated bags and ice gel packs to maintain the freshness of the products, however, we are not able to guarantee the items will stay in frozen state upon arrival. Please be advised that as long as the items are below 41F, it is safe to consume.
