雖說牛肉麵人人會,巧妙各有不同。好湯慢慢家的紅燒牛肉湯重點仍然在慢慢熬煮的過程,因為有些事情就是急不得。滿滿牛大骨的精華加上10餘種辛香料的結合,加上好湯家軟硬適中的私房滷牛腱深獲大家好評,一口就吃的到的濃郁盡在不言中!

【調理方法】: 

  1. 將冷凍塊取出後,放置鍋內煮滾至沸騰即可
  2. 微波加熱法: 將冷凍塊取出,倒入可微波的容器,蓋上上蓋保留氣孔,微波5-7分鐘即可! (依照基準為1300W微波爐)
  3. 電鍋加熱法: 將冷凍塊取出,以電鍋加熱即可
  4. 隔水加熱法: 產品完全解凍後,連同內包裝袋放入水已煮沸的鍋中,水面必須完全覆蓋產品,並以中火隔水加熱3-5分鐘即可食用!

Our Braised Beef Soup is our interpretation of a classic Taiwanese dish. The perfect combination  of fire roasted beef bone and more than 10 different types of spices. Adding in one of our best sellers, Beef shank, into the soup. Satisfaction with every sip that brings you closer to home. 

 

Cooking instruction:

  1. After defrosting the soup and shank, pour it into a pot. Bring everything to a boil.
  2. Microwave: Pour defrosted soup into a microwaveable safe container, place lid with ventilation holes, and microwave for 5-7 minutes (1300W microwave oven). 
  3. Electric cooker: Place frozen soup into the cooker and heat. 
  4. Water-heating: Once the frozen soup is thawed, place the entire heat safe bag into a boiling pot of water enough to cover the entire surface. Heat over medium heat for 3-5 minutes. 

 

Frozen packs contain soup and beef shank only.

    湯頭長時間熬煮, 味道很清爽. 加麵加青菜加酸菜, 就像餐廳吃得一樣. 喜歡吃辣, 可以另外加辣椒醬或辣油.
    對一個職業婦女, 真的很方便!

    Not good as expected

    我預計是台灣濃濃的牛肉麵,湯頭不鹹OK但沒有那種香濃味道,牛肉有 2 塊,可能是很大塊所以沒什麼味道而且難咬.
    價錢蠻高,一人分量,應該不會回購了。

    Great soup!

    Our family loves this beef soup. We add some noodles and veggies to it for a quick and easy dinner. The soup is a bit spicy for my son but he eats the beef with no prob.
