雖說牛肉麵人人會,巧妙各有不同。好湯慢慢家的紅燒牛肉湯底重點仍然在慢慢熬煮的過程,因為有些事情就是急不得。滿滿牛大骨的精華加上10餘種辛香料的結合,一口就喝得到的濃郁盡在不言中!

【調理方法】: 

  1. 將冷凍塊取出後,【建議】搭配牛筋或牛腱,一起放置鍋內煮滾至沸騰即可
  2. 微波加熱法: 將冷凍塊取出,倒入可微波的容器,蓋上上蓋保留氣孔,微波5-7分鐘即可! (依照基準為1300W微波爐)
  3. 電鍋加熱法: 將冷凍塊取出,以電鍋加熱即可

4.隔水加熱法: 產品完全解凍後,連同內包裝袋放入水已煮沸的鍋中,水面必須完全覆蓋產品,並以中火隔水加熱3-5分鐘即可食用!

Our Braised Beef Soup is our interpretation of a classic Taiwanese dish. The perfect combination  of fire roasted beef bone and more than 10 different types of spices. Satisfaction with every sip that brings you closer to home. 

 

Cooking instruction:

  1. After defrosting the soup, pour soup into a pot along with a mix of braised beef shank and tendon. Bring everything to a boil.
  2. Microwave: Pour defrosted soup into a microwaveable safe container, place lid with ventilation holes, and microwave for 5-7 minutes (1300W microwave oven). 
  3. Electric cooker: Place frozen soup into the cooker and heat. 
  4. Water-heating: Once the frozen soup is thawed, place the entire heat safe bag into a boiling pot of water enough to cover the entire surface. Heat over medium heat for 3-5 minutes. 

 

Frozen packs contain soup only.
