**Please read through this statement before you place an order.**Our product is shipped via FedEx Overnight Priority and packaged with an insulated foam shipping kit with ice gel packs inside. However, the coldness condition of the product upon arrival may vary from solid, slushy icy to cold liquid depending on the surrounding temperature. Since we have no control over the weather and the temperature throughout transportation once the package is out of our end, our suggested condition upon delivery is cold liquid 41F and below.

COMPLIMENTARY FREE DELIVERY (WITHIN 35MILES FROM THE BROTH STORE)
- Please allow 2-3 business days for processing orders.
ONLINE STORE PICK-UP
- Same day pickup available.
- Before coming into the store for your pick-up please call to confirm inventory and have your order# and name ready to verify your order.
SHIPPING
- Both online and phone orders must be placed before Thursday of each week no later than 1:00PM(13:00). After 1:00PM (13:00) it will be considered shipment for Monday.
- Shipping days are from Monday through Thursday. No weekend shipping (Friday through Sunday). Depending on order date chicken essence will arrive Tuesday through Friday of each week.
- We ship via FedEx Next Day Air only.
- Please allow 2-3 business days for processing orders.
